Is the harness waterproof?

No. The LED module is not waterproof and should not be exposed to rain or submerged in water. We recommend using the harness only in dry weather and storing it indoors after use.

Is the harness comfortable for daily walks?

Absolutely. The LED module is compact and lightweight, while the harness retains the same breathable mesh padding, adjustable fit, and comfort as our original HarnessBuddy harness.

Is the harness adjustable?

Yes! The adjustable straps provide a secure and comfortable fit for dogs of different shapes and sizes.

Does the LED light stay on all the time?

You can choose the mode that best suits your walk. The harness offers fast flashing, slow flashing, and a constant color-changing mode.

Does it still have reflective trim?

Yes. In addition to the built-in LED lights, the harness also features reflective trim to enhance visibility in low-light conditions.

Will the LED module bother my dog?

No. The LED module is compact and sits on top of the harness, designed to minimize interference with your dog's comfort during walks.

Is this the same fit as the original HarnessBuddy harness?

Yes. Lumina uses the same trusted HarnessBuddy design and sizing, now enhanced with a built-in rechargeable LED lighting system.

Can I wash the harness?

The harness should not be machine washed or submerged in water, as this may damage the built-in LED module. To clean, simply wipe the harness with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry completely before use.

Can I still use the harness if the battery runs out?

Yes. Even if the battery is depleted, the harness functions just like a regular HarnessBuddy harness. You can continue using it for everyday walks and simply recharge the LED module when convenient.
