Refund policy

Here at HarnessBuddy, our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. It’s important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

1) I still have not received my order

We successfully deliver 99% of orders. On rare occasions, a package may be lost in transit. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, please reach out to us at support@harnessbuddy.com, and we’ll be happy to send you a free replacement.

2) I received a damaged item 

If you received a damaged item, please contact us at support@harnessbuddy.com so that we can assist you. The time frame for returning faulty goods is 30 days after receiving it. Return shipping will be covered by us. If you contact us after the said 30 days time frame, we will not be responsible to refund/replace the goods for you.

Please note: If the item is damaged after using it due to normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage, we will not entertain returns for refund/replacement.

3) The item is not damaged but I just don't like it

If you are not happy with an item and it is not faulty, you can return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging no later than 30 days from the day the item was received by you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and we will issue you a full refund (minus a restocking fee of USD 8.99 per item) within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: Personalized, custom-made, and print-on-demand (POD) products are made specifically for each order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This policy applies to all current and future print-on-demand products, including but not limited to apparel, personalized jewelry, blankets, mugs, canvases, and other custom-made items.

Refunds are issued via the payment method used at checkout. Prior to returning any item, please contact us at support@harnessbuddy.com and we will guide you through our returns process.
